– Ingredients for the base –

  • 14 biscuits Oreo without filling
  • 50g butter

– Ingredients for the filling –

  • 100g white chocolate
  • 150g of cheese-cream
  • 200g of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin colorless

– Ingredients for coverage –

  • 250g chocolate, 70% cocoa, melted
  • 100g of sour cream
  • Biscuits Oreo to decorate

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a blender, grind the biscuits without the filling, combine the melted butter and mix well until the dough areosa and moist.
  2. Line a shape with bottom removable (about 17cm diameter) with parchment paper. Brush lightly with vegetable oil the side or bezel of the way and step on very well with the cracker dough with the help of a spoon.

– Ingredients –

  • 2 packages of crackers, Oreo (base)
  • 250g butter
  • 1 tablet of white chocolate
  • 500g of cheese-cream
  • 100g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 biscuits Oreo (filling)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Place 6 biscuits Oreo’s with butter in a processor and beat well until smooth, areoso and moist.
  2. Step on the dough in a shape, with the bottom removable, and take it to the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the cheese cream and the sugar in mixer and beat until you obtain a cream uniform.
  4. Then, add the eggs, one at a time. Finally, place 12 crackers, mix very well.
  5. Remove the base from the fridge and after 5 minutes, put the stuffing on top and bake in the oven at 170°C for 50 minutes.
  6. Wait to cool and place white chocolate melted over the top. Chill for 30 minutes and is ready to serve.

3. CHEESECAKE OREO WITH QUARK

– Ingredients for the base –

  • Part 2-packages of crackers, protein type Oreo
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of water

– Ingredients for the filling –

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 500g of cheese Quark
  • The filling part of the 2 packages Oreos protein (whose wafer was used in the base)
  • 2 tablespoons not too full of tapioca flour or sour (about 30g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

– Mode of preparation of the base –

  1. Grind the biscuits in a processor or blender until a fine powder. Add the coconut oil and water and mix well.

  • 2 packages of Oreo’s
  • 100g of butter

– Ingredients for the filling –

  • 3 yogurts Greek
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 6 sheets of gelatin colorless
  • 4 files

– Mode of preparation of the base –

  1. Place in the glass of the Thermomix biscuits whole and grind 5 sec./Reg. 9.
  2. Add the butter and program 15 seg./Reg. 6.
  3. Step on the dough in a shape, with the bottom removable, and chill to harden slightly while you prepare the filling.

  1. Wash the limes, grate the peel, squeeze the juice and reserve.

  4. Add the condensed milk and schedule 2 min./Reg. 3.
  5. Add the zest of the limes, reserving a little to sprinkle on at the end on the surface.
  6. Without stop stirring, add the lime juice in the wire.
  7. Drain the gelatin sheets and dissolve them in 3 tablespoons of boiling water, if needed take a few seconds in the microwave.
  8. With the Thermomix running on speed 3, add at nozzle the gelatin sheets dissolved slowly.
  9. Mix very well and pour this prepared on top of the prepared wafer.
  10. Goes to the refrigerator until it is solid and will be ready to serve.
