Elaborate hairstyles in everyday life? So far, that was undertaking in the uncomfortable months a pretty bold beauty. Wind and rain ensured that the hair led a life of its own after just a few hours. We want that our styling can withstand any weather conditions and also the volume keeps all day.
Find the right Hair mousse
A possible solution from MabletonProducts: Must be the correct Hair mousse! It’s depends on the length, structure, and your styling projects. Maybe would you turn like to light waves into a voluminous hair of à la Brigitte Bardot or give more structure to a short hair cut?
To help you select, we tested seven hair foam products with different effects of wind, rain and long party nights. To learn how the individual products have cut off, in our editorial review.
A foam dream for more volume
May it be a bit more? Overextended in my approach anyway. Because since I wear my hair longer, he is often quite flat and boring. So, the “Volumea care foam” by René Furterer should pump more abundance in the hairstyle.
Application: After the wash and care program the pump bottle is shaken properly, then I give up a lot fast tennis ball sized foam into towel-dried hair. This quantity fairly quickly escape if you press the button, will be less difficult to dispense. Everything from the approach is then distributed to the tips. I don’t prefer the recommended Crest, this needs real handwork.
Effect: If I still damp hair knead through something, my natural waves get through immediately. Not bad, that have hung out mostly himself lately. After drying with the hair dryer then the surprise: my hair feels indeed much fuller and grippier. I have not expected so a big difference.
And how does it work? A the “Volumea” series contains an extract from the African locust bean tree, also Caroube, which is to cover the hair without weighing it down. Also supports vegetable cellulose and a positively charged care complex countered against static charge. Perfect!
Value for money: Granted the René Furterer hair foam is something exclusive, only in pharmacies and selected salons available and thus cost 200 ml to 18 euros. But who will complain about this result?
Conclusion: I’m fan! I had such a convincing volume performance yet in hair products. So much expertise inside the foam, and the styling has really great so. My beauty discovery of the last few months!

Flexible styling for short hair
I have very short and quite thick hair. Wherefore do I need neither volume nor great grip and use normally no hair mousse. Where “piece out texturizing pliable wax mousse” sexy hair, that’s something else. Here I have to do it, which is incorporated into the dry hair with a styling product especially for short hair. The manufacturer promises me Middle support and a flexible styling. I’m curious!
Application: A bit skeptical I am already there and spray me gently, only a small amount on the hand. Using the spray head can easily dispense mousse to happiness. The product can be thanks to the consistency of the foam just in the hair up. Brave, I’m to have a ration.
Effect: Although the smell is getting and – unlike the product name suggests – not really “sexy”, but the mousse actually defined the hair like a wax. And what I especially like: hair remains mobile even after the application and can be at any time easily to style himself.
Value for money: The 150-ml bottle costs around 18 euros. This is already a proud price. But since you really only a small amount per application bewnötigt, you can style a while with a can.
Conclusion: My initial concerns are completely away styled! I came out with the “piece out texturizing pliable wax mousse” rebuke by sexy hair really well and will use the bottle in any case, so much is clear. Even though the mousse not necessarily seductive scent.

Power foam for chives hair
My hair is smooth and thick natural law. Really nice, but since I wear it long, they hang down hard by the head. A bit more volume because it can’t hurt! So I reach for the mousse “XXL volume power” by Garnier Fructis.
Application: I shake the spray bottle and give some foam on my hand. Here it grows a little. Then I spread the about Mandarin large amount of foam with your hands in my hair, of course on the approach, but also in the length. Then I cards dry my hair with a brush over head. If you want much volume can blow-dry first dry also the approaches, my bangs cut I don’t want however.
Effect: With natural bamboo extract the mousse should ensure that the hairstyle keeps, Pearl proteins should bring to light up my hair. This Super foam should even have a “collapse effect” approach volume! And indeed what he can: my heavy chives hair have become a volume mane! Especially with the volume of the approach, I am very happy. Nice also that the effect lasts most of the day. Only towards evening the collapse effect then what do pass out.
Value for money: 150 ml cost 2.50 euros. This is a great price for this power mousse.
Conclusion: I am quite satisfied with the “XXL volume power” by Garnier Fructis. Now know to me, what I have access to my hair to get that extra kick volume.

Make me curls, foam!
I have naturally wavy hair. For real curly hair ‘s needs but some support. I usually use a curl spray that prefer, because it bonded hair of less in contrast to many foam products. Today, I give a chance but still the “Play ball crispy curl” by L ‘ Oréal professionnel Hair mousse.
Application: In the first application, I get a little scare. The foam is extremely cold, it almost hurts when spraying on your hand. Fortunately, that is but better for other applications.
The foam smells good and can be spread easily. For a special curl effect, I follow the instructions on the packet and spiral turn a single strands of hair with your fingers. Then I cards the whole thing with a diffuser dry.
Effect: Even more than usual my hair using the foam does not curl up unfortunately. He strengthened my natural waves but and gives them more support. Also, I am pleasantly surprised that the product is not glued to my hair and feels very natural.
Value for money: a pretty proud price is 17 euros for 150 ml Hair mousse.Because the foam gives good grip and not glued to the hair, I think it alright.
Bottom line: If I want to redeem my normal curls spray once for a foam, I would pick up again to this product.

Structure instead of volume
With the volume, I have actually long since abandoned that. My hair is just too fine! If I made some volume with the round brush in my plate mane, then this not long. At the latest after some drizzle, the hair is lost. I want to try but still a last – with the “mousse Forte” by Sebastian. The foam to impart extra volume to my hair.
Application: My test foam can be super portioned and grows on my hand a little. That helps me to find the right amount. He feels light and is very fine. I put the foam in my damp hair mainly on the approach, cards then my hair and brush through to the end slightly she.
Effect: Wow, my hair is actually blown up on the approach. Much nicer I think but that my otherwise fine mane has a very structured and feels but not styled, but very natural. Although my hair is also a damp day without a frizzy look, but keeps the volume in all weather conditions, only up to the lunch break. What a pity!
Value for money: around 22 euros for 200 ml I find somewhat expensive, however, I am so excited that I would spend it anyway by the natural styling effect.
Conclusion: The volume has still not long, for my hair but have weathered a humid day without Frizz is to. Also this is a “mousse Forte” by Sebastian a super base for updos, there hair makes it pretty easy to grip and easy bags up.Maybe I should wear just more frequently in the future.
